Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching at Clear Sky Wellness, PLLC

Helps adults build sustainable, real-life habits in nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and daily routines. Sessions are practical and supportive, focused on education, goal setting, and accountability so you can make changes that fit your schedule, budget, culture, and preferences.

Common goals we support:

  • Meal planning and simple, realistic nutrition habits
  • Grocery shopping strategies and label reading
  • Mindful eating and improving your relationship with food
  • Building a movement routine (strength, walking, stretching, mobility)
  • Sleep habits and daily structure
  • Stress management skills and self-care planning
  • Behavior change support, motivation, and accountability

What a coaching visit looks like:

  • Initial intake (90 minutes): your goals, routines, barriers, strengths, and a personalized plan
  • Follow-ups (60 minutes): check-ins, troubleshooting, skill-building, and step-by-step progress
