Get Ready for the Season

A sports physical, also called a preparticipation physical examination, reviews your student’s health and helps identify concerns that may affect participation in sports.

Your appointment includes a review of medical history, a physical examination, and completion of the appropriate sports participation paperwork based on the evaluation. If additional information or follow-up is needed before clearance, we will explain the next steps.
