Clear Sky Wellness, PLLC is currently a cash-based clinic, which means patients pay directly for services rather than using insurance billing. The clinic is also in the process of becoming credentialed with select insurance providers. Listed fees apply to professional services only and do not include the cost of supplements, laboratory testing, imaging studies, or prescription medications. These items may incur additional charges and are typically billed separately by the appropriate provider, facility, or pharmacy.
